Are either of these topics something you’ve taught? Or studied? Or, do you have personal experience with either? Have you specifically targeted your yoga practice to help you deal with anger or grief?
For anyone who teaches on these topics, would you be willing to write a post for us on the topic? Or let me interview you in writing? For those who’ve studied either of these topics, I’m looking for recommendations for books you’ve read that you feel are helpful, online resources, or possibly workshops on the topic in the near future (hopefully in the SF Bay Area).
