Video of the Week: Dynamic Floor Warm Up Nina Zolotow This longer video (approximately 14 minutes) demonstrates a series of reclined warm-up poses, mostly dynamic, which prepare you for a full active practice. You can use this warm-up sequence to begin your home practice or, for yoga teachers, to begin a longer sequence you're designing for a class.
