Why? Bhujangasana - cobra pose/ cobra pose yoga- yoga cobra
I love this pose hatha yoga! It is as essential as food and water for me cobra exercise.
The funny thing is, I do not like when I started yoga. In fact, I avoid it. I fought in the pose; I felt strain; my arms were too weak and could not breathe cobra exercise.
It was easier for me to dogs (Urdhva Svanasana Mukha) and liked to accelerate through the vinyasa. Therefore, think of the word "challenge" is heard so often in yoga, I decided to take the cobra, and face the fears head. Challenges help us grow, and I am very glad that I realized I was missing this position, because it changed my practice and probably my life cobra exercise.
The integration of power and flexibility, together, make this posture, so ... well, awesome!
