My Conversation with Cate Stillman of the Yoga Healer Podcast Nina Zolotow by Baxter
Recently Cate Stillman, the founder the Yoga Healer podcast, invited me to be a guest on an upcoming show. For those unfamiliar with her podcast and work, Cate encourages people who are ready for some personal growth to start immediately working to improve their health, work, and lives. She also teaches online courses for wellness professionals on how to improve their income and their reach as well as on Ayurveda.
Cate has interviewed a larger number of people since starting her podcast in 2001, including many well-known yoga teachers, such as Jason Crandell, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Rod Stryker, to name a few. So I was thrilled to receive her invitation to join the company of such great yoga teachers, and to have the opportunity to share my excitement about our upcoming book and our 6+ years of work on the topic of Yoga for Healthy Aging with an entirely new audience of people!
Cate describes herself as “a force to be reckoned with,” and after our lively 45-minute conversation, I have to agree! We talked about a wide range of topics related to health, modern medicine, and, of course, yoga for healthy aging!
