Video of the Week: Dynamic Knee to Chest Pose Nina Zolotow This dynamic pose helps releases tightness around your hips and lower back and warms up your shoulders and arms. You can practice this dynamic pose alone for relief of lower back pain or problematic hip tightness. You can also use it as a preparation for yoga poses that involve flexing the hips (bending them toward the front of your body), such as Reclined Leg Stretch, Warrior 1, and Lunge Poses.
