Chair Pose - At What Point Do You Need to lose weight?






Chair Pose (Mutates) 

Sitting in a chair may seem very easy and comfortable. But sitting in an imaginary chair can be a bit tricky! And this is exactly what we do in Mutates pose or president. The literal meaning of the intense Mutates posture or a strong stance. 


(Tat = intense, powerful, Lasagna = Posture / Pose, pronounced as T did KAT lasagna). 

It just takes a little determination to stay longer in the chair position. Be sure to read the contra-indications before. 


As Chair Pose (Mutates) 
Stand erect with feet slightly apart. 
Stretch your hands forward with palms down. Do not bend your elbows. 
Bend your knees and gently push the pelvis down as if you were sitting in an imaginary chair. 
Comfortable or at least try to be! To get a better idea of withe attitude of the chair, imagine reading a newspaper or typing on a laptop computer sits. 
Be sure to keep your hands parallel to the ground. 
With awareness, sit up straight and lengthen the spine. Chill out. 

Continue breathing and flip through the pages of the newspaper, taking advantage of national and international news. 
It sinks deeper into the couch to go slowly, but make sure your knees do not go beyond the toes. 
Proceed slowly and then sit on Sikhs (cross-legged). If you wish, you can lie on your back and relax.

Balance the body and makes the determination of the mind 
Warnings against the chair attitude (mutates) 
Not practice this yoga posture if you have chronic knee pain, arthritis, sprains ankle; all the problems of knee ligaments or damaged; headaches or insomnia (insomnia). 
Be careful and go slowly with this yoga posture during menstruation or if you have pain in the lower back.
