Video of the Week: Dynamic Easy Sitting Twist Nina Zolotow This special variation of Dynamic Easy Sitting Twist includes a brain challenge! By turning your head in the opposite direction from your chest and arms you will be stimulating your brain.  In addition, this pose is great for increasing your twisting flexibility, as well as strengthening and toning the midsection of your torso and your belly. Try it first with your eyes open, and then try it again with your eyes closed.
