Video of the Week: Upside-Down Warrior 3 Nina Zolotow This reclined version of Warrior 3 pose is a great preparatory pose for full Warrior 3 as well as as well as other standing poses, such as Pyramid Pose (Parvottanasana), Standing Leg Stretch Pose (Urdhva Hastasana), and Arms Overhead Pose (Urdhva Hastasana). It helps to stretch and strengthen many of areas needed for the classic Warrior 3 Pose, which include your shoulders, upper back, and hamstring muscles.
